RealiOS is being developed in structured phases, each focused on expanding the network, empowering developers, and moving toward full decentralization on Solana.
Phase 1 — Network Launch (Q4 2025)
Goal: Build the foundation of RealiOS on Solana.
Deploy core Solana programs: MissionRegistry, DataVerifier, RewardDistributor.
Launch the first mobile node app (Android & iOS).
Enable data collection from basic sensors (GPS, mic, accelerometer).
Run pilot missions for early contributors.
Integrate IPFS/Filecoin storage and on-chain reward distribution.

Phase 2 — Developer Access (Q1 2026)
Goal: Open RealiOS to builders and early ecosystem partners.
Release public APIs and SDK for mission creation.
Add developer dashboard and sandbox tools.
Support external IoT devices and SDK integrations.
Begin $REAL token deployment and initial reward testing.

Phase 3 — Open Economy (Q2–Q3 2026)
Goal: Expand the data economy and reward system.
Launch mission marketplace for sponsors and organizations.
Enable data licensing and revenue sharing.
Integrate $REAL staking and reputation mechanics.
Introduce Solana DAO governance through Realms.
